1、其注引《潜夫论》云：“陈敬仲后有梧氏。”则此当系出妫姓。

2、其注引《路史》注云：“郑公族有梧氏。梧本郑地，晋取之，《左传》‘晋师陈梧’是也。以地为氏。”此当系出姬姓。望出濮阳。

二、梧

梧姓分布：湖北武汉、广西柳江等地均有此姓。
