一、雀què

现行较罕见姓氏。分布颇广：今黑龙江之嫩江县，山东之龙口，山西之太原、阳泉、忻州，浙江之嵊县，云南之泸水、兰坪等地均有。汉族，傈僳族有此姓。《清通志·氏族略》亦收载，归“入声”部。其源不一：

1、汉族之雀氏未得其源，疑即以鸟名为姓，如鹊氏、凤氏、鹄氏之类。

2、傈僳族之雀姓，则源於“聂扒”，汉意为鸟(雀)氏族，或取其汉意而为单姓“雀”。见《中国人的姓名·傈僳族》。清代有雀云卿，雍正间恩贡，任知府。

二、雀

雀姓分布：江苏武进、浙江江山、余姚、四川邻水、富顺、江西丰城、石城、河北南宫、台湾等地均有此姓。
